	Penn State University Retrotherm was called in to address an existing acoustic ceiling problem at Penn States Hub Ballroom in State College, Pa. The original ceiling (shown left) was in bad shape due to improper ventilation filtering along with an inferior application by an unknown contractor. Retrotherm proposed to “Retro-Coat” this ceiling with a custom color SonaKrete treatment. More info on this project
	Villanova University For years Villanova University tolerated the poor acoustic performance of their Sports/Event Arena. The continued complaints from coaching staff, professional entertainers, and fans led the facilities department to pursue a solution to this problem. 	Valley Forge Military Academy Valley Forge Military Academy recently sought Retrotherm to acoustically enhance and beautify their ballroom at Mellon Hall. The original plaster ceiling, coupled with the barrel roof design, made music and events unintelligible. The reverberation times in the hall measured over nine seconds! More info on this project
	Princeton Day School Princeton Day School recently decided to rebuild their cafeteria and ballroom into a state of the art facility that would blend old and new construction together. Having such an open high ceiling created concerns in regard to acoustic levels along with how to address the chipped and cracked concrete plank ceiling. More info on this project
